- To acknowledge and accept that the Tour will take place on public roads, and acknowledge the route can be subject to change at the tour organisers discre- tion. To hold a valid driving license and to be in possession of valid insurance for the car and be in possession of the car’s papers.
- To bind him or herself to drive in a lawful manner in compliance with the Spanish road regulations. To be in possession of an insurance policy for third party liability covering the risk arising from damages caused to third parties by use of the vehicle during the event.
- To bind him or herself to any insurance policy that limits driving the vehicle by a restricted list of persons, allowing only those that appear on any restrictive list to drive. To accept that COT Automotive LTD or TWG Sportscars ltd shall not be considered responsible for any damage/theft or accident that may occur to the vehicle during the Event and/or for whatsoever personal injury and/or damage to things caused by the driving the vehicle, and as a consequence the undersigned agrees to release and hold harmless.
- COT Automotive Investment ltd and TWG Sportscars LTD. for whatsoever responsibility arising from damages and/or thefts and/or other accidents that the vehicle may incur during the event as a consequence of third parties behaviour or of the undersigned’s behaviour and for whatsoever
- Responsibility arising from any personal injury and/or damage to things that driving the vehicle may cause, so that the undersigned hereby declares: To waive for herself/himself. her/his heirs and assignees any right to claim against COT Automotive Investment ltd or TWG Sportscars ltd
- Whatsoever claim in connection with whatsoever personal injury and/or damage occurring to the vehicle and/or to the undersigned and/or to third parties.
- Insurance excess between £5,000 and £10,000 if hiring one of our supercar fleet.
